Terms & conditions

Last updated: 22 July 2026

These terms govern your use of the Allan Deliveries website and any delivery or removal service you book with us. By using our website or booking a service, you agree to these terms.

1. Who we are

Allan Deliveries ("we", "us", "our") is a UK-based delivery and removals company operating across the UK and Europe.

Contact details:
Email: office@allandeliveries.co.uk
Phone: +44 7915 380905
Address: London, UK

2. Our services

We provide delivery and removal services, including but not limited to household removals, retail and ecommerce fulfilment, automotive parts delivery, pharma and healthcare logistics, office relocations, and furniture delivery. Services are provided based on the details you supply when requesting a quote or booking.

3. Quotes and bookings

  • Quotes provided through our website, by email or by phone are estimates based on the information you give us. Final pricing may vary if the actual job differs from what was described (for example, additional items, restricted access, or extra distance).
  • A booking is confirmed once we have agreed the job details and price with you, whether in writing or verbally.
  • We reserve the right to decline any booking, for example where the goods fall outside what we are able to transport safely and legally.

4. Pricing and payment

Prices will be agreed with you before the service is carried out, unless otherwise stated. Payment terms will be confirmed at the time of booking. We reserve the right to charge reasonable additional fees where the scope of work changes on the day, with your agreement where practical.

5. Cancellations and rescheduling

  • You may cancel or reschedule a booking by contacting us as early as possible.
  • Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice before the scheduled collection time may be subject to a cancellation charge, to cover driver and vehicle allocation already made.
  • We will always try to accommodate reasonable rescheduling requests where possible.

6. Your responsibilities

  • Provide accurate pickup and delivery addresses, contact details and a correct description of the goods to be moved
  • Ensure someone is available to release and receive the goods at the agreed times, or provide clear instructions if not
  • Not ask us to transport prohibited, illegal, hazardous or dangerous items (including but not limited to firearms, explosives, illegal substances, and items without proper documentation where required)
  • Properly package fragile or valuable items unless you have specifically arranged for us to do so

7. Delivery times

Delivery and collection times we provide are estimates, not guarantees, and may be affected by factors outside our control such as traffic, weather, or access issues. We will keep you informed of any significant delay where reasonably possible.

8. Liability and insurance

  • We take reasonable care in the handling and transport of your goods. We hold appropriate goods-in-transit insurance for items we carry, details of which are available on request.
  • Any loss or damage must be reported to us in writing within 48 hours of delivery, along with photographic evidence where possible, so we can investigate and process a claim.
  • We are not liable for loss or damage caused by inadequate packaging (where packaging was your responsibility), pre-existing damage, normal wear, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control (see Force Majeure below).
  • Our liability for any claim is limited to the value of the goods lost or damaged, or the value stated at the time of booking, whichever is lower, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
  • Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for fraud, to the extent such limitation is not permitted by law.

9. Tracking

Where available, we provide a tracking code and, where applicable, live GPS tracking so you can follow the status of your delivery. Tracking availability may occasionally be affected by network or technical issues outside our control.

10. Force majeure

We are not liable for any delay or failure to perform our obligations caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to extreme weather, road closures, strikes, vehicle breakdown despite reasonable maintenance, or other circumstances we could not reasonably have foreseen or avoided.

11. Website use

You may use our website for lawful purposes only. All content on this website, including text, images and branding, is owned by or licensed to Allan Deliveries and may not be copied or reused without our permission.

12. Data protection

Any personal data you provide to us is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

13. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The "last updated" date at the top of this page shows when they were last revised. Continued use of our services after changes take effect means you accept the updated terms.

14. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from these terms or our services will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

15. Contact us

If you have any questions about these terms, please contact us at office@allandeliveries.co.uk or +44 7915 380905.
